These terms govern your use of Fighter Temple. By creating an account you agree to them. The service is operated by [Operator legal name and address].

Who can use Fighter Temple

You must be at least 16, or use the service with a parent or guardian’s consent. Under-18 accounts receive extra safeguarding protections automatically. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account.

What Fighter Temple is — and isn't

Fighter Temple is a personal training companion and record-keeping tool. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, medical, or financial advice. The AI Coach provides general information drawn from documented boxing knowledge; it does not diagnose injuries, prescribe diets or weight cuts, or give financial advice. Always consult qualified professionals for those matters. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a helpline (UK: Samaritans 116 123).

Your content

You own everything you log and upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and display it back to you so the service works. You are responsible for having the right to upload any media you add, and for not posting anything unlawful, abusive, or infringing.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or access other users’ data.
Don’t use the Coach to seek or share advice that could cause harm.
Don’t upload content involving a minor that isn’t your own protected record, or anything that endangers a child.

Availability and changes

We’re a young product and may add, change, or pause features. We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free during testing. We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above and, for material changes, let you know.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Fighter Temple is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on information from the service, including the AI Coach. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Ending your account

You can stop using Fighter Temple and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put others at risk.
